The use of mould release agents in the plastic injection moulding industry can cause paint adherence problems if the moulded parts are to be painted. Minute deposits of mould release agent transferred from the moulding tool to the moulded part will cause paint finish faults.
Industrial Chemicals Release Agent Removal Wipes are non linting, non woven textile wipes impregnated with a cleaning agent specifically formulated to removal even the most minute traces of mould release agents. Once the moulded part is wiped clean the contaminated wipe can be thrown away.
